Archer Credit Union Welcomes Samantha Bierbaum as Floating Member Service and Operations Representative

The Archer Cooperative Credit Union, with offices in Archer, Central City, Dannebrog, and St. Paul, is excited to announce the hiring of Samantha (Sami) Bierbaum as their new Floating Member Service Representative.

After training, Samantha will help members with financial transactions, perform product and service assessments, and assist in all areas of credit union operations. While she’ll be based out of the Archer branch, Samantha will also assist other Archer Credit Union locations as needed.

Heather Paulsen, Vice President of Operations at Archer Credit Union, shared, “We’re thrilled to have Sami join our team. Her strong background in customer service and her enthusiasm for helping people make her a perfect fit for our member-first culture.”

“I joined Archer Credit Union in October 2025,” Samantha said. “As a Floating Member Service Representative, I’ll primarily work in Archer but also have the opportunity to serve members at all of our branches. With roots in customer service, I’m looking forward to continuing in that direction by assisting our members and getting to know the Archer Credit Union team.”

A native of Saint Libory, Samantha values small-town life and community involvement. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her friends and family, reading, painting, and going for walks with her two dogs, Goose and Lola, and her two cats, Enzo and Charlie.
