Dannebrog Remodel

Construction prep has commenced! The back storage room addition was also removed.

Interior prep continues! Walls were built and windows covered to separate the south side from the north side of the building.

The first phase of construction includes removing all of the interior walls and ceiling on the south side of the building.

We wrapped up the year by uncovering a few beautiful design features from the past -- check out that original brick interior wall and tile ceiling!!

The drop ceiling is officially down. Now we can see more of the beautiful original tile ceiling!

All of the interior walls of the south side have been removed. One of the biggest updates of the building will include raising the south side of the building to be level with the north side!

The crew is working on clean up of the south side along with removing the night drop and ATM to make room for raising the floor on the south side. When all is said and done, the south side and north side will be all the same level!

Whew! That ole night drop was difficult to yank out! The crew is still working on the south side, clearing everything out in preparation for raising the floor.

Subfloor = INSTALLED! Interior walls = GOING UP!
We are making FAST progress on the south side of the building where the future offices, breakroom, and lobby will be.

Oh my! How beautiful is this arched doorway between the south and north sides of the building?!?! This is where our members and visitors will move from the front door, lobby sitting area, and offices to the teller line. One of our highest priorities with this building remodel is to harken back to the way the original bank building looked. This arched doorway is key to that design vision. In addition, the crew is making quick progress on the rest of the office walls on the south side.
