How does Archer Cooperative Credit Union protect my personal information?

To protect your personal information from unauthorized access and use, we use securi- ty measures that comply with federal law. These measures include computer safe- guards, secured files and buildings, procedural safeguards and safe record storage. We will continue to review and modify our security controls in the future to deal with chang- es in products, services and technology.

How does Archer Cooperative Credit Union collect my personal information?

We collect your personal information, for example, when you • open an account • apply for a loan
• use your credit or debit card • pay your bills
• make deposits to or withdrawals from your accounts

We also collect your personal information from others, including credit bureaus or other companies.

Why can’t I limit all sharing?

Federal law gives you the right to limit only:
• sharing for affiliates’ everyday business purposes—information about your

creditworthiness
• affiliates from using your information to market to you
• sharing for non-affiliates to market to you
State laws and individual companies may give you additional rights to limit sharing.

What happens when I limit sharing for an account I hold jointly with someone else?

Your choices will apply to everyone on your account—unless you tell us otherwise.

Affiliates

Companies related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies.
Archer Cooperative Credit Union has no affiliates.

Non-affiliates

Companies not related by common ownership or control.
They can be financial and nonfinancial companies.
Archer Cooperative Credit Union does not share with non-affiliates so that they can

market to you.

Joint marketing
